Introduction
Welcome to 3DemifyCars!! By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our digital assets, 3D models, textures, or related materials (collectively, the "Digital Assets") from our store or platforms such as CGTrader, Sketchfab, and TurboSquid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
License and Ownership
- All Digital Assets remain the intellectual property of 3DemifyCars.
- When you purchase an asset, you are acquiring a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal or commercial projects (such as video games, animations, and renders).
- Ownership of the underlying intellectual property and mesh data remains strictly with 3Demify Cars.
Permitted Uses

| Game Development & Animation | Integrating models into compiled video games, virtual reality, or cinematic projects where the asset is flattened or protected. |
| Personal & Commercial Renders | Using renders and imagery in portfolios, marketing, or client presentations. |
Prohibited Uses
- You may not resell, redistribute, lease, license, or sublicense the raw Digital Asset files in an editable format to any third party.
- You may not include our models in any open-source or asset-sharing repository where users can freely extract the raw 3D files.
- You cannot claim authorship or create a competing marketplace asset pack using raw components extracted from our models.
Refunds and Deliveries
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, though replacements for corrupted files or delivery issues may be considered on a case-by-case basis within seven days of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
3DemifyCars shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital models within third-party software engines like Blender, Unreal Engine, or Unity.
